Based on a recipe from Plain Chicken
Original recipe found at: http://www.plainchicken.com/2018/08/instant-pot-cream-cheese-spaghetti.html
(My Notes: Made in the Instant Pot so it is fast and easy and on the table lickety split! This is bowl licking good! Went back for seconds on this one and still want more! I can only imagine it will be even better warmed up for lunch tomorrow! This is based on a recipe from Plain Chicken which I changed up to meet our dietary requirements. I think the original recipe or this one can't be beat!)

From the original author: Instant Pot Cream Cheese Spaghetti - so creamy and delicious! Better than any Italian restaurant!! I wanted to lick the bowl this was so good!! Italian sausage, garlic, Italian seasoning, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, beef broth, cream cheese and parmesan cheese. Cooks for 9 minutes! Everyone cleaned their plate and went back for seconds. This is a new favorite!!!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Lean Hamburger or ground chicken, cooked (I used 2 1/2 c Freeze Dried Hamburger)
1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
12-oz spaghetti, uncooked
1 (26-oz) jar spaghetti sauce (I used a 25 oz jar of organic spaghetti sauce from Aldi that has no soy and no HFCS. I find it to be really good!)
2-1/2 cups beef broth (I used 2 1/2 tsp beef bouillon and added 1 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce jars of water to the pot)
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (this is NOT the stuff in the green can--get the actual grated parm)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn Instant Pot on Sauté setting. Cook burger or ground chicken until no longer pink. Add garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook 1 minute. Turn off Instant Pot.

Add spaghetti sauce, stir.
Break spaghetti in half and place onto of beef mixture.
Add beef broth. Stir and make sure pasta is fully covered
