Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs extra-lean ground beef
8 oz can tomato sauce, divided
4 oz box Mexican Rice, cooked (I made my Mexican Rice)
1 lg onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 green bell peppers, tops and insides removed
Directions:
In a skillet, cook ground beef over med heat until browned and crumbly; drain.
Combine beef, 1/2 tomato sauce, rice, onion, salt and pepper.
Spoon into peppers and place in slow cooker.
Pour remaining sauce over peppers.
Cover, and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
