Ingredients
2 Tbsp chili powder (12 T=3/4 c)
1/2 tsp garlic powder (3 tsp)
1/2 tsp onion powder (3 tsp)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (3 tsp)
1/2 tsp oregano (3 tsp)
1 tsp paprika (2 T)
1 Tbsp cumin (6 T)
2 1/2 tsp salt (I omitted this and there was still plenty of salt in the recipe!)
2 tsp pepper (I used 1 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper which is stronger than ground black pepper in a spice bottle) (3 T)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
Use: 2 T per lb of meat or to taste.
I always mix up multiple recipes and put it in a clean jelly jar so there is plenty for another time. Yummmmm...
